To be honest, I have not been to Red Rooster yet...but Bobwhite's fried chicken beats out Momofuku's by a landslide. Chef Amanda Beame brines it in sweet tea for 24 hours. The result is juicy (slightly sweet meat). The skin is fried but not greasy (I took a bite this am - and it was still crunchy and delicious, there was no residual oil in the paper bag they packed it in). Scrumptious.
