Now alright to begin by saying I generally do not critique restaurants. Recently, on a business trip I went to Bottega del Vino in New York. I happen to be from California but have been to N.Y. a considerable number of times. My partner and I really like the great number of establishments. I found Bottega del Vino as chic all the way up, from environment through the appearance. Everyone at the restaurant was so great!The space is modern and lovely. The hospitality was remarkable. Even though no serious issues. Among the couple of apps 2 main courses we ordered, I would personally rate 3 as remarkable -n- One as pretty fine Outstanding food! The price was basically just what we expected though maybe a couple of $ overly overpriced. We all had a wonderful evening! So refreshing as there are a great number of NY eating places that are unhealthy. Also was to go to a NYC restaurant without having an excessive amount attitude. I'm a big fan of the place. Go today prior to when the viral buzz gets ridiculous. We will be back again soon.

try their Pate al Porto and Prosciutto de Parma! Wine selection is superb!

Great service! Pop in for a dark, quiet post shopping glass of wine or a hearty Italian meal.

Since You Asked: New Year's Eve that was everything one could hope for

Each night the concierge dispatched us to his favorite restaurants — the Bottega Del Vino, the Orsay, the Benoit, and one where the only choice was a prix-fixe dinner for $95. We passed on that one; New York was already expensive enough.
