Now allow me to begin with mentioning I usually tend not to review restaurants. Let me just say I'm a huge gourmet. Well... Yesterday I visited Cafe Boulud in N.Y.. I found Cafe Boulud turn out to be elegant all the way up, through the environment through the appearance. The staff at this particular restaurant was incredibly nice!The room is sleek and somewhat lovely. The vibe was spectacular. Without doubt one of my issues was basically the preso wasn't that remarkable. The look was decent but just didn't present you with that "wow" element. From the two or 3 apps -n- Two main courses we ordered, I would personally rate 3 as remarkable -n- One as really good My friends and I had a fantastic evening! So refreshing because there are so many NY eateries that are terrible. I am a huge fan of the place. We definitely will be back again soon.

A great place to splurge on brunch in the UES. Get the $39 2 course prix-fixe, it's worth it. We recommend the Crepes Suzette and the scrambled eggs with butter poached lobster.
