I would only suggest this place for an anniversary or birthday. Some special occasion because it's VERY expensive. The price is worth it though as the food is ALWAYS good and the chef is top notch. Everything from drinks, appetizers, desserts, and entrees will blow your mind. How the chef does such wonders I will never know.

Well alright to start by mentioning I generally do not give my opinon on places. Well... Recently, on a vacation I went to Candle in New York. Now I am orginally from San Fran though previously been to N.Y. a ton of instances. I really enjoy the variation of restaurants. Good job on a enjoyable and enjoyable dinnerService in that restaurant amazingly pleasant!The room is sleek and somewhat lovely. The vibe was spectacular. Probably one of my own issues was the plating was not that amazing. The look was good but just didn't present you with that "wow" feeling. The level of quality and also amount of food was great. Even though virtually no genuine complaints. My wife and I had a great evening! So refreshing because there are a great number of New York City dining places that are lousy. Also was to experience a NYC dining place with out a lot of demeanor. I'm a huge fan of the place. We definitely will be back soon.
