  Let me just say I am a serious gourmet. So... Recently, on a trip I visited Carpe Diem in N.Y.. I happen to be from Boston although have actually been to NY a number of occasions. I absolutely love the assortment of establishments. I found Carpe Diem turn out to be polished all the way, from the decoration through the appearance. The staff at this particular restaurant was so pleasant! The meal was fantastic. Certainly one of my personal issues was the plating wasn't that amazing. The look was okay but just didn't ensure that you get that "omg" vibe. Now the great quality and also quantity of food was basically good. The cost was basically just what we estimated although perhaps a few $ too pricy. We had a good evening! So refreshing as there are numerous NYC restaurants that are bad. Also was to see a NYC dining place devoid of excessive demeanor. I am a huge lover of the place.
