So I was starving after leaving the gym. Comforting noodle soup was calling my name. Ollie's was closed for renovations...what to do. Remembered there was a dim sum place somewhere in the 70's. Made the trek all the way there thinking about delicious food.
The food was delicious (either that or I must have been really hungry). Without hesitation I ordered Xiao Long Bao...Steamy juicy soup dumplings and the duck noodle soup. It seems as they came out within seconds. The soup was comforting, filling. Nice spinach to balance out the fattiness of the duck. The xiao was pretty darn good. Maybe not the perfect xiao, but I'd definitely get it here again. Sure, I completely negated the work out, but who cares. The servers were ok, nothing to be wowed at, but they brought out the food quickly and without spilling it all over me. For that I give them props. I'm looking forward to my next trip so I can try the sticky rice treasure and the pineapple fried rice.I Ate:
