I have had dinner here many times when in the city and it's always excellent. The salmon is great, desserts are to die for and they do have a pre-theater special as well. Crab cakes were excellent, not a lot of filler mostly crab. Wait staff has always been very nice.

Well let me start by saying I normally do not review restaurants. Well... Recently, on holiday I went to City Lobster & Crab Co. in New York City. I am from New Jersey though have been to NY a bunch of occasions. I adore the distinctiveness of restaurants. I found City Lobster & Crab Co. turn out to be elegant all the way up, through the decor through the appearance. Good job on a comforting and joyful mealEveryone in that restaurant astonishingly nice!The space is clean and lovely. The vibe was outstanding. The order showed up quickly. Certainly one of my own gripes had been the plating wasn't that amazing. It was okay yet didn't offer you that "wow" element. Now the the level of quality as well as amount of food turned out excellent. Even though no serious complaints. Among the couple of apps & 2 entrees we ordered, We'd say 3 as great & just one as extremely good The price was just what we expected although perhaps a few dollars overly overpriced. Also was to experience NYC restaurant devoid of too much attitude. I'm a big fan of the place. We definitely will be soon.
