This little sweet shop is in the new shopping area of the Plaza Hotel right by central park. It's on the side of the hotel on the bottom floor and it is so worth it to make a stop there. My girlfriend took me there and I was thrilled. We spent about $26 bucks and we both had cake and coffee. I have to tell you the cake was gorgeous. Our server helped us to choose the perfect cake for our palates. Not too rich or sweet. I can't wait to go back. The decor is nice and even though it is in the middle of a shopping area it has an intimate and luxurious feel. And let's face it, we can all use a little indulgence once in a while. Our coffee also came with a spiced hazelnut which was just that little extra treat that made the experience truly amazing.

This is a wonderful place to have some coffee and dessert. It is not cheap but well worth every penny. You have to wait for a seat for quite a while because it is very small but again, worth the wait totally! I have had iced coffee that was the best I ever had and they give it to you on a silver tray. So elegant. Would tell anyone to go even if just once.
