Double Crown, conceived by the award-winning AvroKO Restaurant Group and Executive Chef Brad Farmerie, creators of nLIta's PUBLIC & The Monday Room, explores the aesthetic and culinary dualities arising from the British Empires forays into Southeast Asia. The menu, highlighting the two-way street of culinary influence between Britannia and the East, features a series of snacks such as Duck Steam Buns and Spicy Pork Stuffed Lychees, and dishes including Sweetbread Satay, rich Singapore Laksa soup, and more. Also featured is Madam Geneva, an adjacent bar and cocktail lounge with an extensive gin list and unique "gin and jam" cocktails.
