Never had any of the waiters or waitresses be disrespectful, I love going there because they have excellent pizza and they are close. Never heard of any complaints of them personally.

Now let me begin by mentioning I generally tend not to critique places. So... Recently, on holiday I visited Down the Hatch in NYC. Everyone in that restaurant incredibly great!The room is sleek and somewhat lovely. The service was outstanding. Definitely one of my issues was the presentation wasn't that amazing. The idea was decent although failed to present you with that "wow" feeling. Even though no serious issues. Among the two or 3 starter items & 2 main courses we ordered, I probably would rate 3 as outstanding and 1 as pretty good The price was what we estimated though maybe a couple of dollars too expensive. Me and my friend had a good night! So refreshing as there are lots of NY dining places that are bad. Also was to see a NYC establishment devoid of an excessive amount of demeanor. Go today before the viral buzz becomes crazy. We definitely will be soon.
