About Falai

Chef/owner Iacopo Falai has opened a 40-seat restaurant dedicated to his Italian heritage. From bread flavored with organic vegetables, to pastas such as Green Pea Pappardelle with Wild Boar ragu, Falai imparts every dish with love, passion and a keen eye for detail. The white, dream-like decor, offers an intimate ethereal feel to this bit of Florence on the Lower East Side.
