To start off, this place has some of the best service around. As a seafood restaurant, they were totally willing to help my date (who has a shellfish allergy) order food. They were happy to assist with substitutions too. Their menu actually tells you what items will affect people with allergies (true genius). The food was delicious. The pork buns were just as good as at Momofuku, think I'll have to cheat on Momo's with this place from now on. The crispy pork belly came atop watermelon, the freshness of the watermelon went along perfectly with the fats from the crunchy pork. Our server suggested we get rice for the chicken clay pot. We went with the coconut rice and it was a great suggestion. Really happy that we went in, will have to return soon.

The other day I went to Fatty Crab in Manhattan. I discovered Fatty Crab to be stylish entirely, from the style through the presentation. Everyone in that restaurant was extremely pleasant! The food was outstanding. The food came out quickly. Certainly one of my problems would be the plating was not that amazing. The idea was decent however didn't offer you that "wow" feeling. Now the very good quality not to mention quantity of food seemed to be to fantastic. Among the two or 3 starters & 2 entrees we ordered, I would say 3 as excellent & One as extremely okay Amazing food! The cost was just what we estimated though perhaps a couple of dollars too overpriced. Me and my friend had a good evening! So refreshing with there being a great number of N.Y. places to eat that are terrible. Also was to experience a NYC eating place without excessive demeanor. I'm a enormous fan of the place. Experience this now prior to when the news becomes insane. We will certainly be back again soon.
