Felidia is located in a converted Brownstone on 58th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Opened in 1981 by Lidia Bastianich, Felidia offers a warm atmosphere where you can still find Lidia greeting guests and fans.
Executive Chef Fortunato Nicotra has been with Felidia since 1996 and has brought an innvative touch to traditional ingredients and dishes from all the regions of Italy.
Some of the restaurant's signature dishes include pear and fresh pecorin ravioli, veal shank ossobucco and limoncello tiramisu. I'll just tell you I'm a major foody. So... Recently, on a business trip I went to Felidia in NYC. Now I am orginally from California although previously been to NYC a ton of occasions. My family and I really enjoy the diversity of dinning establishments. I found Felidia as sophisticated all the way up, from the look through the presentation. Good job on a enjoyable and contented mealEveryone at this restaurant astonishingly great! The food was spectacular. Amongst my own issues would be the preso was not that remarkable. It was fine though didn't give you that "wow" vibe. Now the the level of quality along with amount of food was fine. The price was basically what we all estimated although maybe a few $ too expensive. Me and my wife had a great evening! So refreshing since there are so many New York City restaurants that are unhealthy. We definitely will be back soon.
