Restaurateurs Lello and son Din have paired up to introduce Fiorini ("little flower"), a smart but simple elegant Italian restaurant for the neighborhood that is moderately priced.     This Midtown-East restaurant reminds me of those old school NY restaurants that stand the test of time. The crowd is a bit more blue haired, but the service and food are delicious. Get their grilled octopus, whole branzino and pan seared duck breast. Great wine list too.
