  I along with my family have been frequenting this restaurant since it was opened, in 1957, obviously making this one of our favorite places. We are picky about our pizza, and after testing numerous pizzerias in the chicagoland area we have found that none can even come close to the consistency and quality that is bill's pizza in mundelien. High quality ingredients make this pizza what it is, its use of high quality mozzarella cheese and it homemade, secret recipe sauce put their pizza far ahead of any competitor, on top pf this is their crust which is perfectly suited (at least to our tastes). i could go on and on about their positives, but i will admit just as with anything this restaurant does have its flaws. The service and customer care leaves something to be desired. Customer treatment can be cold and sometimes belittling...but in the end it is worth it due to the pizzas extreme goodness. a word to the wise, they do not take reservations, on weekend nights its usually packed so be prepared to wait with parties over five or six. if you are a planning a birthday party or get-together there my best suggestion would be to call a day or so ahead in order to find out when the best possible time would be to come in, usually they will be happy to accomodate large tables, but just keep in mind gratuity will be added for groups larger than 8... in the end, bill's pub is by far the best (at least in my mind) pizza restaurant in our area, any other establishment will be hard pressed to match its quality and consistency of pizza
