It was an interesting dining experience. We lined up and ordered from a large menu and then we paid on the way out. The beef brisket was surprisingly flavorful and moist. Sides can be ordered too in which we had sweet potatoes (very good!) Also, theres live music if you're into it.

Now alright to start by mentioning I normally tend not to critique restaurants. So... Last Week I went to Hill Country Barbecue in Manhattan. Now I am orginally from San Fran however previously been to N.Y. a considerable number of instances. My family and I absolutely adore the distinctiveness of dining establishments. I found Hill Country Barbecue turn out to be sophisticated entirely, from design through the appearance. Good job on a pleasurable and joyful dinnerWait staff at this restaurant was very awesome!The room is clean and somewhat lovely. The vibe was fantastic. The entrees arrived extremely fast. Undoubtedly one of our problems would be the plating was not that incredible. The idea was okay but did not ensure that you get that "wow" factor. Now the high quality in addition to quantity of food was fantastic. Even though no serious issues. Amazing food! I am a massive lover of the place. Visit now ahead of the hype gets crazy.
