decent (and generous) cocktails, passible service, a free appetizer and particularly tasty mussels were the highlights of this meal. This restaurant does what it advertises quite well... which is serve bistro style american fare, with some minor failings such as its pureed potatoes. However, the veggie rissoto was quite good, the haricot verts was delicious, and the mushroom soup was light and flavorable, though not quite as mushroomy as this reviewer might have liked. All in all, I would stick to the bistro items on the menu, enjoy the fish tartar (which isnt exceptional but is nice before the heavier entree), and hail my waiter with a flourish. I would eat there again.

So let me start by mentioning I normally tend not to review restaurants. How to begin? Recently, on a business trip I went to Jane in Manhattan. I happen to be orginally from Paris however have actually been to N.Y. a considerable number of instances. My partner and I absolutely adore the variety of dinning establishments. Good job on a stress-free and joyful mealThe staff at this restaurant was so nice! The space is modern and pretty. The evening was spectacular. Certainly one of my personal problems had been the plating wasn't that remarkable. It was okay although just didn't ensure that you get that amaze feeling. Also was to experience a NYC eating place with out an excessive amount demeanor. We will certainly be back soon.
