This is a famous jewish deli/diner in the lower east side on houston street. There is not much vegetarian fare...lots of deli meats. the is place is always packed with people. This is a good place for sticking to the basics...i.e. ham on rye, etc.

This is a famous deli that is on the lower portion of NYC. They have a great selection of meats, so not for the veggie person! I love getting the turkey there. The sandwiches really are to die for!
