This is a great place for cheap eats when you're broke. For a little under $9 you can get yourself a huge (and I mean HUGE) bowl of Pho. It was tasty enough, although I prefer Slurp's soup by far. The pho at L'annam had very thin slices of meat (I prefer thick chunks of oxtail) but seriously for $9, I can't really complain. The dumpling sampler was nice, I'd get that again. Service was sort of "meh". It was not particularly bad and not particularly good. I had to call the server over when I wanted to order a beer.
