All were welcome and those who frequent were graced with a key of their own to return whenever they wish to this cozy retreat. nw in present day New York City on a popular block between the Flatiron and Gramercy, Mari Vanna has taken up residency and awaits hungry New Yorkers, neighbors and tourists alike who are looking to eat, drink and be merry and finally understand what true Russian hospitality means. The menu offers time honred Russian classics such as the flavorsome customary soup Borsch with Pampushka, Beets, Broth, Beef, Cabbage, Carrots and Potatoes served with Sour Cream in a beautiful tureen that holds enugh for seconds or third. Mari Vanna is open for lunch, brunch and dinner 7 days a week.
