Classic Gotham Steakhouse located in the ultra chic Meat Packing District, established in 1868. The restaurant maintains it's strong relationships with their butchers, allowing them to get their first pick of beef. nthing but prime dry aged meat - always has been and always will be. Winner of the 2006 Wine Spectator Award. Lobsters ranging in sizes from 4 - 13 lbs., sushi grade tuna, sockeye salmon, Colossal crab meat and shrimp so big they are referred to as small bananas.

Well... Recently, on a business trip I ate at Old Homestead in NYC. I found Old Homestead turn out to be polished all the way up, from decoration through the presentation. Precisely enjoyable and contented mealWait staff in that restaurant was really great! The vibe was fantastic. Amongst my personal gripes was basically the plating was not that amazing. The idea was decent and yet failed to ensure that you get that amaze feeling. Now the quality and also quantity of food seemed to be to very good. Even though no real complaints. Of the two or 3 apps & 2 main courses we ordered, I would personally say 3 as very good 1 as really decent Outstanding food! The price was what we all anticipated although perhaps a couple of bucks overly pricy. My husband and I had a good night! So refreshing since there are lots of NYC dining establishments that are bad. Go now before the viral buzz gets ridiculous.
