Well let me start by mentioning I usually do not review places. How to begin? Recently, on business I visited Penelope in New York City. What a enjoyable and contented mealThe staff in that restaurant incredibly great!The Dining area is clean and somewhat lovely. The evening was superb. The food showed up really quick. Certainly one of my own things was basically the presentation was not that remarkable. The look was fine although failed to provide you with that "omg" vibe. Now the very good quality and amount of food ended up being excellent. Even though no true issues. Of the two or 3 appetizers & Two entrees we ordered, We would say 3 as very good and 1 as really decent Excellent food! My husband and I had a terrific evening! So refreshing as there are a lot of NY restaurants that are terrible. Also was to go to a NYC restaurant without having a lot of demeanor.
