User Reviews for Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto

food

β€œ...My girlfriend and I ate at Salumeria two weeks ago and it was fantastic. The wine list is great and offers quite a few reasonably priced options...

ambiance

β€œ...If you'd like to try lots of different good meats and drink wine in the process, this is a place for you....

service

β€œ... We started with some of that and a few different cheeses and then sampled a few of the large . service was excellent even for a crowded Saturday night...

value

β€œ... If you really need authentic Italian food in the UWS, go to Celeste instead (a much better value and actually owned by an Italian) or try Nonna (solid Italian food and big portions)...

restaurant

β€œ...We really enjoyed our lunch at this small Italian tapas restaurant. The food was really good (try the lasagna!)...

plates

β€œ... The cured meat selection was probably my favorite. We started with some of that and a few different cheeses and then sampled a few of the large plates...

hour

β€œ...I must have walked by this little place thirty times before I convinced myself to try to get a table as it was always crowded. Amazingly I didn't have ...

Because they'll be happily eaten. This is pig lover heaven. The joint is Italian and it's all about cured meat. Super tiny with lots of ambiance. Gentlemen, take the ladies there on a first date. Killer wines (at good prices). The plates are small but not skimpy, we had the meat sampler plate and it was sick, the prosciutto di parma was incredible. For $16 it's a steal (I know I buy these meats at Zabar's all the time and the prices at Salumeria are good). Even the mark up on wine is not bad. Also got the lasagna...holy god o mighty I thought I had gone to heaven.

    I Ate:

    • Salumeria Sampler: Great ($16)

Recently, on business I ate at Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto in NY. Such a stress-free and contented dinnerEveryone at this restaurant was so nice! The dining room is modern and lovely. The hospitality was excellent. Now the the level of quality as well as amount of food was very good. Even though no serious issues. Among the 2 starters 2 main courses we ordered, I would personally rate 3 as exceptional and just one as extremely okay Experience this right now prior to when the viral buzz becomes ridiculous.
