Sharz Cafe is an excellent neighborhood restaurant. While the noise level can get a bit too high, the food is usually worth the visit. On my most recent trip, I had the red cabbage with goat cheese as my appetizer. It was yummy. I ordered the calves liver (rare) with onions as my main dish. It was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. My dessert was a very tasty fruit cobbler topped with whipped cream. I had their early evening pre-fixe dinner. Although it was my husband who paid, I believe my total was just under or just over $21 before tax and tip.
