About Sushi UO

There's n indication as you walk down Rivington Street that this place even exists since it's up an unmarked staircase to a tenement building. The speakeasy quality is part of the appeal. So is the sushi, prepared by a young American chef, David Bouhadana, who got his training in Japan and at the popular Morimoto. Fresh fish choices change daily, but you might find chipotle-spiced tuna, creamy rock shrimp tempura and all-time sushi favorites like toro, uni and unagi.
