So alright to start by mentioning I generally don't critique places. Well... Recently, on the road I visited Tamarind in NY. I discovered Tamarind as posh completely, through the design through the presentation. Service at this particular restaurant was extremely awesome! The hospitality was exceptional. Now the high quality together with quantity of food turned out good. Even though virtually no real complaints. Excellent food! The cost was basically what we estimated although perhaps a couple of $ $ $ $ too pricey. We all had a wonderful evening! So refreshing as there are countless N.Y. eateries that are terrible. Also was to see a NYC establishment without an excessive amount demeanor. We will certainly be soon.

Tamarind - This is the best Indian restaurant I've visited so far in NYC metro. The atmosphere is calm with the all white layout. The food though small portions are prepared well. They taste good and appease the eyes. I would definitely recommed a visit.

Everything in this place is amazing, I love the atmosphere, the service and the food of course. The lamb chops are delicious, the tandoor dishes are amazing as well. And i definitely think this place is worth the money.
