The Mansion Restaurant is located right near my apartment building. Obviously one attraction is convenience. Another plus is the enormous variety of dishes on the multi-page menu. There is something for everybody, for every mood, and for every ethnic preference. Sometimes I order their Greek food. Other times I get their Italian food. Most recently I went with their seafood. After having the house salad which was included at no extra charge, I had the deep fried sea scallops. On the side I had spinach and potato (also included). Everything was fine and fresh (they do a very brisk business). It was rather noisy due to their tin ceiling, but I was alone and didn’t stay too long so it wasn’t a big problem. My dessert was a black-and-white cookie (their other desserts, the cakes and the pies, are very expensive). As usual, my beverage was water, so my total was $24.45 before tax and tip.
