PUBLIC, located in Manhattan�s nLIta neighborhood, serves Australasian cuisine, inspired by Executive Chef Brad Farmerie�s London training and travels through Australia, New Zealand and the East. Featuring a menu that �knws n ethnic borders,� established in 2003, PUBLIC serves up �lip-smacking tapas-style dishes to main courses any globetrotting gourmand would love.� The restaurant was awarded a coveted Michelin for both the 2009 & 2010 New York Guides and has been awarded Best Brunch by Time Out New York. PUBLIC is owned and operated by design and concept firm AvroKO.
