About Tipsy Parson

Tipsy Parson is the sophomore project from the owners of Little Giant. Located on a landmark block in west Chelsea, Tipsy Parson is a 70-seat American brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Tipsy Parson serves refined comfort food, focusing on Regional American favorites, with a nd to Southern classics. The menu revolves around reinterpretations of classic American home-cooking - including nightly Blue Plate Specials, an oyster bar, hand-sliced country ham, and New York City's widest assortment of Southern cheeses. The full-bar features classic American cocktails, traditional punches, seasonally-changing frozen juleps and coffee service from Stumptown Roasters. The main dining room looks out over a small, lush garden and is available for private events. The front room has casual seating for 14, seated dining for 20 and accommodates 14 at the bar.
