Trata Roslyn on the other hand, feels the need to exude their arrogance in friggin' Roslyn, NY (Longuyland) by not displaying the name of the restaurant AT ALL, anywhere, until you walk inside to the pretentious hostess stand that's awkardly placed in a vestibule that gives you the appearance that your inside the restaurant but you're actually not, situated across from a huge stand of apples (reminds me of walking in to Bouley except that Bouley does it tastefully as each apple is in it's own cubby on the wall and not haphazardly like Trata) and notice the bowl full of matches and business cards that say "Trata" on them...
