We are proud and grateful of compliments from our Japanese patrons as being true-to style of the Tokyo food culture scene, but our dream was to share this Tokyo experience with others. Since the beginning,our mission was to promote the most authentic,Tokyo stile yakitori experience,using the highest quality ingredients,hence the name Tori Shin:True chicken. Seatings are mainly at the counter, with cook performances.
