Since its opening in 2003, Zerza guests have enjoyed a true transporting experience to the world of delicate Moroccan flavors and Mediterranean charm. The food is elegant and meticulously plated. The meze plate appetizer is a perfect sampler, including hummus, baba ghanush and matbucha, a spicy chopped salad of peppers and tomatoes. The classic lamb or chicken tagines are delectably sweet and savory, stewed with vegetables and dried fruit. while tagines of short ribs and duck confit add a fusion touch.
