Had the prix fixe for lunch yesterday which was quite reasonable and the food was delicious. Our servers were very sweet, took our bags and coats to the coat check. I ordered the potato leek soup and the bacon wrapped salmon which was cooked to perfection. I'll be going back for this great bargain (the price vs. quality index is really great). I think next time I'll try the frog legs or the db burger, they both looked delicious.

While this place is not cheap, it's not ridiculously expensive. Four of us met there and our bill came out to $215 (before tipping), we even had wine. The decor of the place is great, they have these Georgia O'keefe-like paintings in bright reds and pinks. Very inviting. The food was realy delicious. It's my second time there and I can't wait to go back.

- Escargot and chicken oyster fricasee: Very good ($16)
- Venison Orecchiette: Great ($18)
- Duck Duo: Yum ($32)
- Duck Confit: Tasty with delicious mushrooms ($33)

My meal at db Bistro Moderne has been a incredible experience. Let me just say I am a a huge foodie. Well... Yesterday I ate at db Bistro Moderne in NY. The staff at this restaurant was very awesome!The room is modern and somewhat lovely. The decor was superb. One of my own problems would be the preso wasn't that amazing. It was decent however failed to ensure that you get that amaze vibe. The the level of quality in addition to quantity of food was basically first-class. Among the 2 starter items and 2 entrees we ordered, I would personally rate 3 as amazing & just one as extremely okay Me and my wife had a great night! So refreshing as there are countless New York City dining places that are poor. I'm a enormous fan of the place. We will be back again soon.
