I heard such great things, but when I ordered a large extra cheese and it came to my house stiff and burnt...I wondered. So I called them up and they told me that all the pizzas went through the same assembly line roller oven.....and they were sorry, but all their pizzas turned out like that. Great. I order extra cheese so it's melty and wonderful, not hardened and stiff. They said they couldn't turn down the oven and didn't have much to do with the actual cooking....it all went in one end and c
