Charley's Steakhouse remains a local favorite and one of the best steakhouses out there. Aside from traditional fare such as t-bones, filets, etc. you can also try some more exotic meats like gator and bison. The servers all know their stuff and thoroughly go over each cut of meat with you to help you select your best meal.
The real treat, though, is the special birthday offer -- come to Charley's on your birthday and get a free t-bone steak dinner (or its value applied to something else).
Though some of the sides do not meet up to the expectations of their meats, the real draw here are the steaks. And Charley's continues to deliver. My personal favorite continues to be the filet mignon, stuffed with bleu cheese. It's a tender cut that practically melts in your mouth. Definitely something I look forward to every year as my birthday rolls around.
