we arrived at evvia on a Thursday at 8pm w/ reservations to find the place filled with people, but in a very lively (not crowded) way. The atmosphere was yuppie down-to-earth, perfect lighting, and open. although priced upscale ~$25 an entree, everything we ordered (lamb riblets, whole oven roasted sole, lentil soup, rice pudding, lamb cakes, even the ice cream sundae) was scrumptious and all meats/fish were cooked perfectly tender. staff was attentive and friendly. made a for a perfect evening.
