Fresh Wok is a painful experience. We have used them several times, and each time we are faced with a conundrum - we love the food and the reasonable prices, but the service is more sour than sweet. Every time we use them there's always a lack of good service... but we kept going back because the food was pretty good, although the meat was sometimes not fully cooked. The last straw (or should I say chop stick?) was when we ordered a meal for my pregnant wife who has been having to avoid chicken
