I just think the food is kindof boreing, and sometimes not very good, but the wait staff is great, as for the cooks though....maybe they need to do some hireing and fireing. The atmosphere is nice though. I don't know if the cooks can't cook or if they need to put more money into the products they buy to cook up, but something needs to happen with that place.
