Lee How Fook in Philadelphia's Chinatown is the best Chinese food I've ever had. All dishes are prepared fresh and come out delicious and steaming. The staff is kind and quick. The fresh soups are especially delicious. The salt baked squid can't be beat. I heard a diner say, "If I were dying and had to pick a last meal, it would be here." All around him agreed. I can't say anything better than that.
