Table 31 is located in Center City's newest and tallest building, the Comcast Center.

If anyone is looking for some good steak and good service go to table 31. The tomahawk chop that i had was out of this world. It was just so well marbled and had the perfect seasoning. I also ordered their signature chocolate cake which was excellent. Great dining experience cant wait to go back again.
