I have eaten at Diamonds twice. Both times I will say that the food was plentiful but tasteless. My sisters like to eat there because it is smoker friendly and a much laid back restaurant. No loud music, no fast pace. For me it is a pass unless I am with them. Sorry I love diamonds but not the restaurant. You need to call on Chef Ramsey.
