If you're going to go here get anything with the Baja Sauce on it, it's the best!!! Its like a jalepeno cream cheese sauce that is to die for!! The Chicken Baja Chimi in particular is good.
Macayo's is always an excellent experience for me. My personal favorite there is the succulent chicken fajitas. Served still sizzling mixed in a mound of vegies and ready to wrap in a flour tortilla, just the thought of it makes my mouth water. The workers are always friendly and quick, and the food is always great. Macayo's should be on everyone's list, and if you try it you'll want to go back.
I lived in Post back in the 1980's and it was a real treat to go to Holly's for a burger & fries. As I was driving from Lubbock back to Dallas Sunday, November 14, I was eagerly anticipating stopping at Holly's for a good burger and fries. I cannot express my disappointment. The meat on the burger was so thin that you hardly knew it was there and had absolutely no taste whatsoever. The bun & veggies tasted fine. The fries were the seasoned fries, but there was grease in the bottom of the container so wasn't able to eat many of those. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
