I visited Texas once 2 years ago, and I still remember this food. I didn't realize places like this existed in huge metropolitan areas....amazing food served to you by people who cook it out of fun. Most people would rate the atmosphere as dismal, but their economical decor (or lack of decor at all) is actually one of my favorite parts. It makes me feel like I'm back in my incredibly small hometown. People play poker with their coolers of beer next to them only taking breaks to stuff themselves on the best barbeque I've ever had. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.
