Best Mexican food in the Nortwest! Who would have thought that you could find this quality of food and service in a place next to a gas station? Fabulous food! We are talking authentic Mexican...My favorite is their Creme ala Polo (sp?, but I haven't tried anything that I didn't like. The only problem with Fiesta En Jalisco is that once you've tried it you'll be hooked and you won't be able to stop coming back again and again.
