My husband and I had a romantic dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Pittsburgh, and everything about it was lovely. The steak was excellent, though I think they switched the doneness of our orders. Mine was closer to my husband's request of medium rare and his was closer to my request of medium. The steaks were tender and juicy, and the lobster tail was quite good. The steak fries we ordered on the side were a little under cooked, but the salads we had were excellent. Each item on the menu is priced separately, so know going in that you will probably spend around $100 for two people, not including beverages. But the atmosphere is classy and sophisticated. It is the perfect place to have a special dinner before going to the theatre.
