My last two visits were with my family of eight, four adults and four children. On each visit I ordered a medium rare New York strip steak. The three other adults ordered prime rib. The children had mac and cheese and hamberger. On my first vist my strip steak was mostly fat and gristle. The three orders of prime rib were each over done and at least half the portions were fat.
