The thing that bothers me most about Asian restaurants is the lack of vegetarian options. The great thing about Chopsticks is that they offer vegetarian versions of popular appetizers. Do you crave a potsticker? Well Chopsticks has a vegetarian version! Honestly, I was freaking out with excitement over such things the first time that I went there.
For entrees, I have tried two things. The first time I tried the vegetarian Chow Mein. It wasn't anything special, but I was still so excited about my veggie potstickers. The second time, I had veggie pad thai. It was easily some of the best in Portland.
If you're vegetarian, I totally suggest this place!
