I'm an Italian girl from Chicago. Because of this, I am SUPER picky about my Italian food. I cannot deal with sup-par Italian food. Luckily De Nicola's can deliver.
Sadly, their minestrone is nowhere close to what it should be. It's a watery tomato soup with onion chunks in it. Luckily I can save it by dipping in delicious homemade bread.
My favorite entree is their mushroom tortilini. The sauce is amazingly rich and creamy. The tortilini is thick with mushroom and absolutely addicting. This is the dish that keeps me coming back for more and more!
i love denny's! i can tell you that all the breakfasts are delicious! special recognition to: the heartland scramble, the meatlover's scramble and moons over my hammy. and last but NOT least the freaken hashbrowns are DELICIOUS!!!!!! this denny's has a great team and you feel welcome the moment you arrive =)
