Sometimes, restaurants become mediocre when there's no competition nearby. For Juan Coloradoes in Bethany, this is not the case, thank God! I love coming here. I've had almost everything on the menu (even the omelet), and it's great! I've never had a bad meal here. The wait staff are very careful to bring out the order just as you ordered it. The food is always hot and it tastes very good. Because it's in the Bethany complex, near my house, I go there often for lunches and dinners. They also have a lunch menu with cheaper items. My favorite items there are burritoes and fajita. If you are nearby or want a great Mexican place, I definitely recommend this place highly.
My boyfriend is a Mexican food lover from Colorado. He thought that he would go to this restaurant and experience the best from both worlds. Instead he received an over-priced burrito meal. He expected tons of peppers and amazing side dishes. Instead he received an extremely bland dish at much to great a price. After his experience, I realized that I didn't want to waste my money on such an over-rated place. I trust his instincts and pass it on to those who read this. If you love flavorful Mexican food, please pass by this place.
