For lunch or dinner, don't miss out on Mandarin Cove. I usually go for lunch, and the service is great. The food is always top notch Chinese. Dinner's menu is slightly different, and is just as good. I recommend the cashew chicken, but go for the atmosphere and great service. After dinner, take a waterfront walk. Then go back for dessert.
You know I have ate at a lot of different Mexican food places and I have found the food at this place is just not as good as I had hoped. The bean and cheese burritos is mostly cheese, the beef and bean burritos is mostly beef, and their fajitas leave a lot to be desired. The only thing that I have found there to be kind of good at all are their tacos de carne asada and that is it. They smother everything with cheese, and I mean smother. So the only flavor that you are tasting is cheese. I hope that they get a clue some day and change some things because I have ate my last meal there.
